PROJECT CHALLENGES
The sitemap went through many iterations and was finalised using the outputs from the user research.
A low fidelity prototype from the wireframes was used to do user testing of the navigation system and architecture.
From the user research, we learned that customers were more interested in routes than destinations or territories so we designed an interactive map that would illustrate all the land and shipping routes in an immediate way.
